Description
The UDP/RTP Transmitter for IPTV core is
a drop-in module for FPGA that includes
the following functions:
- Full Hardware UDP/RTP Transmitter
- MPEG TS (DVB-SPI) inputs
- Emission of UDP/RTP packets
compliant with SMPTE 2022-2-2007
- Possibility to add a FEC
protection (optional) to the RTP
packets compliant with the SMPTE
2022-1-2007
- Maximum number of UDP/RTP
channels depending on the FPGA
resources, Ethernet speed
connection and bit rate of input
flows
- Checksum validation of Ethernet,
IP and UDP layers
- RX UDP Ports filtering to receive
UDP Data for customs applications
(ports number 1024 to 65535 may
be used in reception)
- Ports 67 - 68 reserved to DHCP
